Treatment Resources from Allergan

The Open Arms educational campaign aims to help those living with upper limb spasticity and their loved ones with education and resources to better recognize and manage the condition, learn about the care and treatment options available, and provide information on who to turn to for treatment. This includes doctors specialized in the condition, such as neurologists and physiatrists. In addition, the following programs provide resources and information for those who may need assistance with reimbursement or affording treatment with BOTOX® (onabotulinumtoxinA) once deemed appropriate by your doctor.

BOTOX® Reimbursement Support

Many insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare, cover the cost of BOTOX® treatments for certain conditions. If you are receiving BOTOX® therapy or considering it with your doctor, you may have some questions about insurance coverage. The BOTOX® Reimbursement Solutions Program was created to help you and your doctor with questions, claims, and paperwork for reimbursement.

The BOTOX PATIENT ASSISTANCE® Program is committed to helping financially eligible patients gain access to BOTOX®. Allergan, the maker of BOTOX®, is proud to help eligible uninsured and underinsured patients with their treatment through the donation of BOTOX® vials.
